- Create and issue invoices accurately on the company system
- Record and settle invoices on the accounting system
- Maintain bookkeeping for cash and bank transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Create and manage E-Invoices through the Egyptian Tax Authority portal
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting records
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions
- Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
RequirementsRequirements
-2–4 years of experience in accounting
-Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statements preparation
-Experience with accounting systems/ERP systems (Zoho is a plus)
-Familiarity with E-Invoicing and Egyptian tax regulations is preferred
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
