Responsible for driving revenue growth through selling ERP solutions and acquiring new business opportunities.
Manage and expand existing ERP client accounts while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable ERP solutions to address operational challenges.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and ERP solution demonstrations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have previous experience working in an ERP Solutions company .
Experience in general software sales or SaaS without ERP exposure will not be considered Previous experience working in an ERP Solutions company is mandatory.
Proven experience in selling ERP solutions to business clients.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with specific and verifiable examples.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Experience handling negotiations with procurement teams and key decision-makers.
Experience delivering ERP demos and presenting solution value to clients.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage sales pipelines and track sales activities effectively.
Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
