Financial Controller is required in a well-known Manufacturing Company located in the 10th of Ramadan.

Responsibilities:

•

• Manage all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the financial closing process to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems and financial policies.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage all internal and external audit requirements.
• Monitor cost control processes and analyze budget variances.
• Support budgeting and forecasting in coordination with FP&A.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and all financial transactions.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management for decision-making.
• Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safe office and records management practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 12 years of experience in finance/accounting within the industrial sector is a Must.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian Accounting Standards.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and closing cycles.
• Strong background in internal controls, audits, and compliance.
• Proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, or similar).
• High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
