"AR Accountant" is required for Reputable Real Estate Company located in October.

Responsibilities:

• Verify all contracts data with commercial department before posting.
• Record customer payments (cash, checks, transfers, etc.) and reconcile these payments received with customer ledgers.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Generate monthly AR aging report and highlight overdue balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Respond promptly to customers inquiries regarding their balances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent command of English.
