In our desalination plants in Abu Rawash, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the project team. Ideally, you are someone who resides in Giza or the nearest areas.

Responsabilities:Manage accounts receivable. Manage fixed assets, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations. Monitor inventory transactions and perform periodic inventory reconciliations. Review and follow up employee advances and petty cash settlements. Prepare supporting reports for VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other tax requirements. Support tax inspections by providing the required documents and information. Assist external and internal auditors by preparing schedules and supporting documents. Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial reports and analyses as requested by management. Support the monthly closing process and prepare supporting in reports required by Aqualia. Prepare a monthly bank movements report. Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports and information requested by Aqualia. Support Aqualia audit. Coordinate with the project finance team to collect and organize financial information required by Aqualia.

Requierements:Education- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience- 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Skills- Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics,). Must have good knowledge of accounting techniques and principles, and should be good in planning & organizing. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Languages- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
