Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and accounting system data.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis related to warehouse costs, including storage, handling, and logistics expenses.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts specifically for warehouse operations.

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with warehouse management and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for the warehouse division.

• Oversee the accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to warehouse activities.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Skills & Technologies: You'll leverage your expertise in Accounting principles, Financial Analysis, and robust Financial Management practices. Experience with Warehouse Management systems, Inventory Control, and Cost Accounting is essential. Proficiency with ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be key to your success.

Job Requirements

• Proven Expertise: 3-7 years of professional experience in an accounting role, specifically within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.

• Financial Acumen: Strong command of Accounting principles, Financial Analysis, and Financial Management.

• Warehouse Specialist: Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Accountant, including proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.

• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional skills in Cost Accounting, Auditing, and preparing detailed financial reports.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP Systems and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.

• Logistics Understanding: A solid grasp of Logistics and Supply Chain Management principles.
