 Verify the supporting documents of each transaction before booking it into the accounting journal

- Manage the cash box by respecting INTERSOS’ procedures.

- Archive all financial and accounting documents in compliance with local laws and donor’s requirements.

- Collaborate with the supervisor to keep external relations with banks and FSPs

-Collaborate with the supervisor to keep internal relations with other departments

- Archiving purchase requests on INTERSOS Management Platform (IMP)

- Support in translating supporting documents (English and Arabic language).

- Verify all supporting documents before any audit exercise

Qualifications

Education:

- Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma.

Professional experience:

- 2 to 3 years of previous experience in relevant position

- Desirable previous experience of 1 year with NGO’s in developing countries

Personal Requirements:

- Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet).

- Available to frequent field missions to Hama base (working from Hama office, accommodation at guesthouse), tentatively one week every trimester.
