Accountant Opportunity – Construction & Supply CompanyZenith Development is hiring qualified accountants to join our growing team in the construction and building supplies sector. Open Positions:- Site Accountant- Office AccountantRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience (preferred in construction, contracting, or supply companies). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience using ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Site Accountant Responsibilities:- Monitor site expenses and petty cash. - Prepare daily financial reports. - Follow up on supplier invoices and subcontractor payments. - Coordinate with the head office regarding financial transactions. - Maintain accurate financial records for project activities. Office Accountant Responsibilities:- Record daily accounting transactions. - Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations. - Manage accounts payable and receivable. - Assist with monthly closing and financial statements. - Maintain accounting records using ERP software.
