Talent 360 is Hiring- Head of financial Services Position Overview The Head of Financial Services is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the Financial Services Department and ensuring the effective delivery of accounting, payroll, tax, compliance, reporting, and advisory services across multiple client engagements.

The position will provide strategic leadership to the department, drive continuous process improvement, ensure compliance with internal standards and statutory requirements, and serve as the primary escalation point for client service matters.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Department Leadership • Lead, coach, and develop the Financial Services team.

• Manage departmental performance and employee development.

• Build a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Client Service Management • Manage strategic client relationships.

• Ensure service quality and timely delivery.

• Handle escalations and support client retention.

Financial Operations • Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, taxation, and management reporting activities.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations and internal quality standards.

• Coordinate with audit, tax, and operational teams.

Process Improvement • Improve departmental processes and reporting quality.

• Support ERP implementation and optimization projects.

• Coordinate Odoo initiatives and QuickBooks-related activities.

• Promote automation and AI-enabled finance operations.

Commercial Support • Participate in client meetings and presentations.

• Support commercial proposals.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth.

Social Insurance Medical Insurance • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, payroll, financial reporting, and client-facing finance operations.

• At least 4 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience within outsourced accounting, advisory, professional services, or multi-client finance environments.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations, payroll, statutory compliance, and IFRS.

• Experience leading managers and cross-functional finance teams.

• Hands-on experience with Odoo, QuickBooks, advanced Excel, and reporting systems.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience in client relationship management and service delivery.

• Familiarity with AI tools and finance automation initiatives.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications • CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification.

• Experience leading organizational transformation and finance process improvement initiatives.
