Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyze product costing and cost reports.
* Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances.
* Analyze raw material, labor, and overhead costs.
* Perform inventory valuation and stock reconciliations.
* Support month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
* Prepare variance analysis and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
* Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
* 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing company.
* Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory control, and cost analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
