eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is a leading retail company operating in Saudi Arabia. The company is actively seeking to expand its team with dedicated professionals who can contribute to its customer service excellence. This full-time position is based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

The Role: Cashier

We are looking for customer-focused and motivated Cashiers to join our Stores team in Al-Ahsa City. The Cashier is responsible for providing a professional and efficient checkout experience, ensuring positive customer interactions, and supporting the store's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient checkout experience to every customer.
• Greet, engage, and thank customers, ensuring a positive impression of the store.
• Support the store’s customer service program, including the Guest model, and contribute to CSI results.
• Escalate customer complaints or issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
• Promote add-on products, services, warranties, and accessories during checkout.
• Support seasonal campaigns and promotional transactions in line with company procedures.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. A strong customer-focused approach and a motivated attitude are essential for success in this position.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time position located in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and during peak seasons, to meet the operational demands of the store.
