Job Description

• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information monthly
• To ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information and document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Conducting monthly profit and loss analysis reports.
• Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary.
• Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits.
• Conform with and abide by all regulatory guidance and internal policies & procedures.
