A leading FMCG company is seeking a Strategic Financial Senior Controller to lead financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and business growth.

Job Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic analysis.

Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations.

Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and growth opportunities.

Support strategic projects, business cases, and organizational initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.

5–8 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, strategic finance, or financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.

Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence strategic business decisions.
