Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Accountant at Better Mix, based in New Capital, Egypt. The Site Accountant will manage the incoming and outgoing financial transactions at assigned sites, prepare detailed financial reports, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. They will also handle cash management, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with company accounting policies. The role involves close collaboration with site managers and other team members to support financial operations and ensure efficiency in day-to-day processes.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash management. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred. Capability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications are a plus.
