Overview: As a Junior Accountant, you will be an integral part of our finance department, contributing to the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping.

• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with precision.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare financial statements and reports.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Skills & Technologies: You'll be leveraging your strong foundation in Accounting and Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is key, alongside a solid grasp of Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting principles. Experience with General Ledger management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable will be highly valued.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Experience: We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.

• Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices.

• Strong understanding of Finance fundamentals.

• Demonstrable experience with Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Data Entry, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

• Exceptional Attention to Detail and accuracy.

• Strong Problem Solving abilities.

• Excellent English Communication skills, both written and verbal.
