As an Accounting Associate , you will help support the financial processes that keep a fast-moving technology business running smoothly.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to day-to-day accounting operations while working closely with teams across the business to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal coordination.

Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in processing vendor invoices, preparing payment runs, issuing customer invoices, and tracking accounts receivable balances.

Transaction Recording & Reconciliations: Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform routine bank, credit card, and vendor account reconciliations.

Cross-Team & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with finance leadership, procurement, operations, and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting Support: Help prepare month-end close documentation, schedules, and preliminary balance sheet or expense analysis.

Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support the collection and organization of financial records, receipts, and tax documentation (e.

g., VAT filings and annual audit requests).

Process Improvement: Participate in optimizing internal finance workflows and adopting digital tools to enhance speed and accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0-1 years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Excel.

Experience working with finance leadership, procurement, operations, employees, and vendors on invoice and payment matters.

Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Experience with general ledger accounting is a plus.
