About the role

• Lead, supervise, and monitor the finance service center reporting team
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring consistent performance and sharing knowledge
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group and financial reports
• Collaborate with auditors, other teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations
• Identify automation opportunities (RPA, system enhancements)
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
• Lead or support transitions and migrations into finance service center

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
• A university degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Strong command of English; a second language is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems-SAP experience is a strong advantage.
