Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Cosmetics sector. An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Senior Accountant in Bouskoura, Morocco. This is a key role that will allow you to leverage your expertise within an organization known for its excellence and innovation.

The main goal of this position is to ensure the reliability and compliance of the company's financial information. You will be a pillar in optimizing accounting and financial processes, contributing directly to the organization's performance and strategy.

Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of the accounting function. You will actively participate in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax management, and performance analysis.

• Supervise and carry out routine accounting operations.
• Ensure the closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Prepare tax declarations and ensure regulatory watch.
• Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost monitoring.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and information systems.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, higher education of Bac +5 and above is required, ideally in the field of Audit, Consulting, Management, Accounting, or Finance.

Solid professional experience of 5 to 10 years is essential. This experience should have been gained in similar roles, ideally in demanding environments known for their rigor.

• Excellent command of accounting and financial principles.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards and Moroccan tax regulations.
• Proven analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Autonomy and proactivity.
• Proficiency in computer tools and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent would be a plus).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
