Job Description

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting.

• Previous experience in Real Estate / Development is A Must .

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and accounting standards.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in GL , Cash Flow Management , Financial Reporting , cost accounting , external & internal audit ,ERP Systems and Budgeting &Forecasting .
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including experience in a Chief accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

• Hands-on experience with customer and supplier settlements.

• Experience in Real Estate or Construction is A Must

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
