Chief Financial Officer - Leading Law Firm - Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a leading law firm in Dubai. This strategic leadership role will oversee the financial operations, ensuring robust financial health and driving sustainable growth in a competitive legal market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the law firm's business goals.
- Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
- Lead financial planning, risk management, and investment activities to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with partners and department heads to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws relevant to the UAE legal sector.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic advice to support business decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior financial leader, preferably within the legal services industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to integrity and excellence.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

About the Company

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
