تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, following up collections, preparing statements of account, reconciling receivables, and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate and updated records.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage customer accounts and outstanding balances.

Prepare and send Statements of Account to customers.

Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and customer coordination.

Record customer payments and ensure proper allocation against invoices.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer credit status and collection updates.

Prepare aging reports and collection status reports for management.

Assist in credit control and ensure compliance with company collection policies.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices and other business documents.
