Job Opening: Chief Accountant We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to lead our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will combine robust technical accounting expertise with strong leadership capabilities to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic oversight.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.

Master’s degree or professional postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.

Professional Certifications: Active or partial professional credentials such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience.

At least 3 years serving in a Chief Accountant or similar supervisory/leadership capacity.

Technical & Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP or other reputable accounting software packages.

Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and local statutory regulations, laws, and compliance standards.

Proven expertise in executing efficient monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.

Ability to prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive management reports to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Hands-on experience in managing and filing compliance returns, including VAT (Value Added Tax) and WHT (Withholding Tax), in alignment with statutory deadlines and local tax regulations.
