تفاصيل الوظيفةRequirements for Finance Manager (Oil Trading) – Dubai

* Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in oil & petroleum trading.

* Strong understanding of petroleum products trading, including pricing, cargo economics, demurrage, freight, laytime, and settlement calculations.

* Experience with financial control of trading transactions from contract execution to final settlement.

* Daily cash flow management and liquidity planning.

* Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Preparation and control of supplier and customer payments.

* Bank relationship management, including opening accounts, KYC updates, trade finance, and banking documentation.

* Experience working with auditors and preparing financial information for annual audits.

* Budget preparation, financial forecasting, and management reporting.

* Reconciliation of trading transactions, invoices, and bank accounts.

* Monitoring profitability of each trade and preparing margin analysis.

* Knowledge of international trade documentation (Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

* Understanding of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), and trade finance instruments.

* Knowledge of IFRS and UAE accounting standards.

* Experience with VAT and Corporate Tax requirements in the UAE.

* Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, financial models); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all daily financial operations of the company.

* Control financial aspects of petroleum trading transactions.

* Prepare daily cash flow reports and payment schedules.

* Coordinate with banks regarding payments, financing, and compliance matters.

* Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

* Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with internal controls.

* Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.

* Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
