About the Role

FALAK Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Implementer with a strong accounting or finance background and 2–5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will lead ERP implementation projects, optimize business processes, and ensure successful system adoption by delivering effective configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Configure and customize ERP modules to align with client business requirements and best practices.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing functional support to ensure successful adoption.
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of migrated data.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through ERP automation and optimization.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, system configurations, user guides, and operational reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, ERP implementation, or a related business role. Experience participating in ERP implementation projects is a strong advantage.
• ERP & Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and core business workflows. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with SQL, databases, or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train users and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Experience analyzing and improving business processes and documenting functional requirements is preferred.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
