Job :

We are recruiting for our client, a Japanese restaurant in Casablanca, a Cost Controller.

Main tasks:

• Ensure monitoring and control of the restaurant's operational costs.
• Analyze consumption, inventory, and stock differences.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards.
• Control purchases and optimize material costs.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve profitability.

Required profile :

• Higher education in finance, management, or accounting.
• Experience in cost control, ideally in the restaurant or hotel industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
