Suleim Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team in Doha. If you have a strong background in accounting and a desire to develop your career within a leading consultancy firm, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the month-end reporting process to provide timely and accurate financial information.Take full responsibility for specific ledger processes, aligning with your area of expertise.Support the year-end audit process and contribute to statutory reporting.Collaborate with the finance team in preparing for an IPO, ensuring compliance with relevant financial standards.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures, enhancing overall efficiency.Share knowledge and expertise with team members to ensure comprehensive cover and support across the department.Continuously develop your skills to stay current with applicable accounting standards and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with key colleagues outside the finance team to support cross-functional initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.).Proven experience in a large public accounting firm or within a public multinational corporate accounting department.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade accounting systems.Strong academic background and a track record of exceptional career performance.Willingness to travel up to four times per year.At Suleim Consultancy, we believe in fostering talent and providing opportunities for professional growth.
