Role Description The Finance Manager at Mohandes Bank, Alexandria Branch, will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support branch performance and strategic goals. This full-time, on-site role is located in Cairo, Egypt, and involves monitoring financial results, analyzing variances, and preparing accurate management reports. The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, manage financial controls, and collaborate with branch leadership on cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include supervising finance staff, coordinating with internal and external auditors, maintaining high-quality financial data, and supporting decisions related to credit, investments, and operational expenditures.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations. Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate finance, including familiarity with regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal controls. Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or core banking systems, with solid Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, CFA) are a plus. Strong attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and reliability. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a commitment to full-time employment and adherence to the bank’s policies and standards.
