The Opportunity:Saudi Arabia is home to one of the most active deal markets in the region, and our Deal Advisory practice sits at the centre of it. We advise corporates, family groups, private equity, and institutional investors on the transactions shaping the Kingdom's economic transformation under Vision 2030.

Our internship programme is designed for Saudi graduates who want genuine, practical exposure to transaction advisory. You will sit with the deal team, support live buy-side and sell-side mandates, and learn how transactions are analysed, structured, and delivered.

What You Will Do:Assist with financial analysis, data gathering, and preparing schedules and supporting workbooks in Excel. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. Carry out market, sector, and company research to support live mandates and business development. Support data room administration, document management, and KYC tasks. Support deal teams across Financial Due Diligence and M&A engagements.

What You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the drive to work in a fast-paced environment.

Programme Details:The programme runs for 3 to 6 months and is based in our Riyadh office. This is an unpaid internship, offered for training and professional development purposes. Interns work directly alongside senior members of the Deal Advisory team, with structured on-the-job coaching.

High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Analyst position within the Deal Advisory team on completion of the programme.
