We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to manage accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with financial policies and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and post accounting entries and supplier invoices in the ERP system.
- Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger accounts.
- Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and resolve audit findings and address financial statement observations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit action points.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and management reporting as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Finance and Accounting certification as per client requirements.
- 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong experience working with ERP systems.
- Previous experience working within the government sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
