Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for an Accountant and Financial Analyst. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing general ledger entries, and ensuring accurate recording of revenue, costs, and operational expenses. The Accountant and Financial Analyst will perform regular financial reporting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring to support business decisions and performance tracking. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, working with accounting software, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with operations and management to provide financial insights related to customs clearance activities. The role also includes maintaining compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies, and assisting in process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and present accurate financial information. Candidates should possess experience with Accounting Software to manage transactions, reconciliations, and system-based reporting. Candidates should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management and cost allocation. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or trade-related industries is beneficial.
