Job Description

Masterful Bookkeeping: Oversee and manage all financial transactions for multiple restaurant and café outlets, ensuring impeccable record-keeping and compliance.

Insightful Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Strategic Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing critical financial guidance to operational teams.
Robust Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Inventory & Cost Control: Play a key role in inventory management and cost control initiatives, directly impacting profitability within the food and beverage sector.
Compliance & Reconciliation: Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements, performing regular reconciliations of accounts.

Job Requirements

Experience That Excites: Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting, ideally within the vibrant hospitality sector (restaurants, cafés, or F&B retail).
Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a robust understanding of Accounting principles, Financial Analysis techniques, and core Finance concepts.
Essential Skills: Expertise in Bookkeeping, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting is a must.
Technical Prowess: Proficient in using ERP Systems ( Odoo)
Keen Eye for Detail: Exhibit exceptional Attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial records and reports.
Problem-Solving Power: Possess strong Problem-solving skills to navigate financial challenges and optimize processes.
Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team environment, demonstrating excellent Teamwork and communication abilities.
