Job Description

Full Stock, a growing F&B company with production and distribution operations across Egypt, is looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team.

This is a hands-on role covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger data entry. You'll be the data-integrity foundation that our reporting, cost control, and audit processes depend on. It's a great fit for someone who is precise, reliable, and ready to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced FMCG/distribution environment.

What You'll Do

• Process supplier invoices, matching against purchase orders and delivery notes before payment

• Issue customer invoices and follow up on collections

• Post daily transactions and journal entries into the ERP with high accuracy

• Maintain financial records, handle petty cash, and perform basic cash reconciliation

• Support month-end close and prepare basic reports (aging reports, expense summaries)

• Assist with bank reconciliations and escalate discrepancies promptly

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 0-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

• Strong grasp of accounting principles (debits/credits, general ledger logic)

• Solid Excel skills (formulas, basic pivot tables)

• Exposure to an accounting system/ERP

• Fast, accurate data entry skills

• Working English for reading invoices, correspondence, and reports

• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to speed up day-to-day accounting work, and able to explain how you use and verify AI-assisted output

• Must reside in Giza (Shiekh Zayed & 6th of October preferred)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution

• Bilingual Arabic/English

• Familiarity with accounting software beyond your current employer's system
