Job Description - Co-op Trainee

Job Title: Co-op Trainee

Department: As Assigned

Reports To: Direct Supervisor / Department Manager

Employment Type: Cooperative Training

Job Purpose

To provide the trainee with practical work experience by applying academic knowledge in a professional environment, supporting the team in daily activities and projects, and developing technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in daily tasks and assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, presentations, and other work materials.
• Organize and maintain department records and files.
• Assist with data entry, analysis, and documentation as required.
• Attend meetings and participate in relevant project activities.
• Apply academic knowledge and skills to practical work assignments.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and project information.
• Prepare periodic updates or reports on training activities and achievements.
• Seek guidance and feedback from the supervisor and continuously develop professional skills.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Cooperative training must be a mandatory requirement for graduation.
• Academic major relevant to the assigned department.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment, punctuality, and professional attitude.
