The Budget Controlleris responsible foroverseeing and managing the organization’s budgeting processes to ensure financial goals aremetand spendingremainswithin approved limits. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports,identifyingvariances, and working closely with departments to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.Alsosupports informed decision-making by providingaccurate,timelyfinancial insights to senior management and contributes to effective financial planning and reporting.

• Monitor, control, and analyze the organization's budget to ensure adherence to financial goals andmaintainbudgetary discipline across all departments.
  
• Prepare reports for management to provide senior management with insights on financial performance to support decision-making.
  
• Collect financial data and prepare budget reports to ensureaccurate, up-to-date financial information is readily available for analysis and reporting.
  
• Review financial performance toidentifyand address variances between actual and budgeted performance, ensuring financial targets are met.
  
• Work Closely with departments to ensure compliance with budgetary limits to foster collaboration across departments, ensuring expenditures stay withinallocatedbudgets.
  
• Assistwith financial reporting to supportaccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial principles.
  
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  
• Budgetingexpertise, and financial modelingproficiency.
