What will you do?

• Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable aging report to identify overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Document all communications and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Assist in receiving customer checks.
• Review and organize all AR contracts to validate and coordinate with AR/Finance team.
• Assist in handling billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, collection process, and applicable legal regulations.
• Communicate with clients for collection of WHT certificates.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to receivables management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling receivables.
