تفاصيل الوظيفةAccounts & Finance Assistant Dubai, UAE · Full-Time · On-Site Join a growing food business where your work actually gets noticed Alba Foods supplies premium food products to hotels, restaurants, and food service businesses across the UAE. We're a lean, fast-moving team — which means the right Accounts & Finance Assistant won't be buried in one narrow task. You'll see transactions through from start to finish and genuinely own your corner of the finance operation. What you'll do: Manage Accounts Receivable: track customer balances, prepare Statements of Account, and follow up on overdue payments Handle Accounts Payable: verify supplier invoices, check supporting documents, and prepare payments Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts — and chase down anything that doesn't add up Record and allocate payments across cash, cheque, transfer, and card, and keep petty cash in order Keep records clean and audit-ready in Odoo, and support month-end, VAT, and finance reporting Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Care to resolve invoice and payment issues What you bring: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–4 years of hands-on AR/AP experience, ideally in the UAE Solid grasp of double-entry accounting and strong Excel skills Confidence dealing directly with customers and suppliers on payments Sharp attention to detail and the follow-through to close open items Nice to have: Main ERP systems experience Background in food distribution, FMCG, wholesale, or B2B trading
