Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Chief Accountant to oversee the financial activities of our organization. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and supervise the accounting team.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports.
3. Monitor budgets and financial performance.
4. Oversee tax compliance and reporting.
5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
6. Implement and maintain accounting procedures.
7. Collaborate with auditors and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. CPA or relevant certification is preferred.
3. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
