JOB TITLE
Senior Tax Accountant | MAF Global Solutions | Finance Delivery
ROLE SUMMARY
The Candidate’s main objective shall ensure meeting the tax operational needs. The successful candidate shall work closely with the Finance Delivery Team, Businesses teams, service providers, and Tax Authority. The successful candidate shall ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns collaborating with GS teams to prepare required analysis as required by tax authorities for historical and upcoming audits while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations.
ROLE PROFILE

• Responsible for the preparation of all periodical tax compliances which include CT, VAT, offshore WHT and ensure availability of the necessary documents
• Work closely with the associate manager for review, finalization and filing of the tax compliance filings.
• Assist the associate manager liaise with the tax authorities for all the ongoing audits and other tax compliance
• review tax data by ensuring relevant tax data is updated and retained in line with the Group Retention Policy and the tax authorities instructions and requirements.
• Participate in driving the process improvement in all accounting related processes and to monitor
• Preparing needed tax reports for various forms of tax.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting is a must.
• Minimum 4-6 years of similar experience.
• Good practical knowledge with the governmental tax portal.
• Working in an Audit firm is recommended.
• Good accounting and ERP knowledge.
• Process improvement mindset.
