Responsibilities

Operate the cash register and POS system accurately.

Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions.

Issue receipts and assist customers with billing queries.

Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate transaction records.

Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.

Assist customers in a polite and helpful manner.

Handle refunds and exchanges according to company procedures.

Keep the checkout area clean and organized.

Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

High School / Secondary education preferred.

Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
