QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage and oversee core accounting processes.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting in line with applicable standards.Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and related financial systems, including implementation and process improvement.Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills and the ability to lead, coach, and develop an accounting team.Knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in a similar supervisory role.ERP Experience: Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.Certifications: CMA or IFRS certification is preferred.Languages: good English.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
