We’re Hiring | General Accountant

Omega Pharma is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will support the daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records while contributing to the company’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and supplier reconciliations.

* Maintain General Ledger entries and ensure accounting accuracy.

* Perform Cost Accounting activities and cost analysis.

* Record and reconcile inventory transactions.

* Prepare journal entries and monthly closing activities.

* Perform bank reconciliations.

* Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

* Collaborate with other departments to support daily financial operations.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

* 2–4 years of experience as a General Accountant.

* Good knowledge of Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and General Ledger.

* Good understanding of accounting principles.

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

* Experience with ERP systems is a plus; Odoo experience is preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
