Functional roles and responsibilities

• To perform transaction processing activities in relation to liability booking while ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the agreed service level agreements.

• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.

• Process transactions as per service level agreements.

• Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.

• Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with service level agreement to the commercial manager.

• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the group’s policy.

• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.

• Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.

Education/certification and continued education

• Commerce graduate

Years of experience

• 2+ years of accounts payables relevant experience
