Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports.

• Manage budgeting & forecasting activities, collaborating with various departments to ensure financial targets are met.

• Oversee general ledger operations, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are compliant.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Utilize ERP Systems and Advanced Excel for efficient data management and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Experienced Professional: Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.

• Mastery of Core Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, and Financial Management.

• Financial Reporting Expertise: Proven ability to prepare accurate and insightful Financial Reports.

• Analytical Acumen: Strong capabilities in Budgeting & Forecasting, coupled with advanced skills in Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

• System Savvy: Hands-on experience with various ERP Systems is highly valued.

• Compliance Champion: Solid understanding and experience in Audit & Compliance procedures.

• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning and contributing to broader financial strategies.

• Problem Solver: A proactive approach to Problem Solving with meticulous Attention to Detail.
