Company Description:
IVEC Contracting is a leading construction company in Cairo, Egypt, with over 33 years of experience. The company specializes in residential, commercial, administrative, and service construction, maintenance, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Treasury Operations: Oversee and execute daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and payment processing to ensure optimal liquidity.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to treasury activities, performing detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• General Ledger Reconciliation: Conduct thorough general ledger reconciliations for all treasury-related accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.

• Software Utilization: Leverage advanced accounting software, particularly Odoo, and Microsoft Excel, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Contracting Support: Assist with financial aspects of contracting processes, ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.

• Risk Mitigation: Support the identification and mitigation of financial risks, contributing to the development of robust treasury policies and procedures.

• Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to forecast cash needs and manage intercompany transactions effectively.

Job Requirements

• Educational Excellence: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation for treasury management.

• Proven Expertise: Bring 1-3 years of progressive experience in treasury, accounting, or financial management roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial operations.

• Mastery of Core Skills: Showcase advanced proficiency in Accounting, Financial Management, and Financial Analysis. Your expertise should span Cash Management, Treasury Operations, and impeccable General Ledger Reconciliation.

• Software Savvy: Be highly proficient in Accounting Software, particularly Odoo, and demonstrate advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with other financial Software is a plus.

• Analytical Acumen: Exhibit strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Diligent Reporting: Proven experience in precise Financial Reporting and a meticulous attention to detail.

• Contracting Knowledge: Understanding of financial aspects related to Contracting processes.
