Job Description

• Revise and record the invoices of the local transportation contractors.

• Record journal entries of all Payments.

• Reconcile and register Warehouse movements transactions (Spareparts, Tools, HSE stocks,

Projects,etc)

• Enter journal entries of the warehouse movement.

• Ensures accounting and transactions approvals are in line with the company policies.

• Update Daily , Weekly And Monthly Patty Cash Statements

• Prepare, enter, and review all vendors bills to ensure that they are properly coded,

     approved and incompliance with all government and company policy
 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting 

• Very Good level of English 

• Experience from 1-3 years As GL Accountant 

• Excellent analytical skills

• Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills.

• Excellent knowledge with Microsoft office and Odoo System
