Job Description

Revise and record the invoices of the local transportation contractors.
Record journal entries of all Payments.
Reconcile and register Warehouse movements transactions (Spareparts, Tools, HSE stocks,

Projects,etc)

Enter journal entries of the warehouse movement.
Ensures accounting and transactions approvals are in line with the company policies.
Update Daily , Weekly And Monthly Patty Cash Statements
Prepare, enter, and review all vendors bills to ensure that they are properly coded,

approved and incompliance with all government and company policy
