Job Purpose

• Lead the company s financial and accounting operations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and safeguard company assets.
• Ensure effective cash flow and budget management.
• Strengthen financial controls and maintain financial discipline.
• Support senior management in financial and investment decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

Required Experience

• 7 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within engineering consultancy or project-based companies.
• Previous experience in a financial supervisory or management role.
• Experience in budgeting and cash flow management.
• Experience in project profitability analysis and cost management.

Skills

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage cost and project accounting.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk management.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Demonstrate effective leadership.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare the company s annual and medium-term financial plans.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor implementation, and analyze variances.
• Prepare and monitor financial forecasts and future cash flows.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports.
• Develop and update financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise and review all financial and accounting transactions.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and analyze project profitability.
• Manage cash flow, collections, payments, and banking activities.
• Develop and implement effective internal financial controls.
• Review the financial aspects of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, Zakat, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit findings.
• Lead and supervise the finance team and allocate responsibilities.
