We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in two roles: Data Entry Clerk and Junior Accountant. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (for Junior Accountant).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data with accuracy.
Verify and correct information as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company records.
Generate reports when required.
Assist in recording financial transactions.
Help with monthly reconciliations and financial reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records.
Provide support to the finance team as needed.
