الوصف الوظيفي

Job Description

* Record and review daily accounting transactions and journal entries.

* Process and organize customers' and suppliers' invoices.

* Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Record receipts, payments and petty-cash transactions.

* Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.

* Maintain accurate accounting documents and financial records.

* Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

* Assist with VAT documentation and electronic invoices.

* Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and other departments to verify supporting documents.

* Ensure all transactions are properly approved and recorded.

* Perform any additional accounting tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, preferably Accounting major.

* Fresh graduate or up to 1 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Good understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.

* Practical knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, cash or banking transactions is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of VAT and the Egyptian electronic invoicing system is preferred.

* Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

* Experience using an accounting system or ERP is an advantage.

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.

* Good communication and follow-up skills.

* Preferably residing near New Cairo or able to commute daily
