Job Description

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, project costing, and cost control.
- Proficiency in analyzing project costs, expenses, and variances.
- Experience in preparing cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and conducting financial analyses.
- Ability to monitor actual costs against budgets and identify deviations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure while adhering to deadlines.

Job Requirements

• - Prepare and oversee project cost sheets and reports.
  - Track direct and indirect project costs.
  - Analyze cost variances and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  - Monitor project budgets and actual expenditures.
  - Collaborate with teams from Projects, Procurement, Contracts, Stores, and Finance to ensure accurate cost allocation.
  - Review costs related to materials, labor, subcontractors, and other project components.
  - Support management initiatives designed to improve cost efficiency and optimize project profitability.
  Work Location: Head Office – Cairo, Sheraton
