1. Budget and Forecasts

• Participate in the development of the company's annual budget and production units.
• Consolidate budgets from different structures and units.
• Develop budget forecasts and ensure their periodic updating.
• Ensure monitoring of budget execution.
• Analyze variances between budget, forecasts, and actual results.
• Identify the causes of variances and propose corrective actions.

2. Performance Monitoring

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze the economic and financial performance of production units.
• Monitor production costs, expenses, margins, and profitability.
• Analyze costs by activity, product, unit, or responsibility center.
• Identify levers for improving performance and profitability.
• Propose actions for optimizing costs and resources.

3. Reporting and Dashboards

• Prepare periodic reports for General Management.
• Prepare dashboards for monitoring activity and performance.
• Consolidate data from different units and departments.
• Utilize data from the Odoo ERP for monitoring and analysis of activity.
• Verify the coherence and reliability of the data provided.
• Produce financial and operational analyses tailored to Management's needs.
• Present results, variances, and key alerts to management.

4. Cost Control

• Ensure monitoring and analysis of production costs.
• Analyze direct and indirect costs.
• Monitor consumption of raw materials, supplies, and other resources.
• Control the evolution of expenses against objectives.
• Identify cost deviations and propose corrective measures.
• Participate in the improvement of cost calculation and monitoring methods.

5. Data Control and Reliability

• Verify the coherence of financial and operational data used in analyses.
• Control information transmitted by production units and various structures.
• Control and analyze data extracted from the Odoo ERP.
• Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and significant variances.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of management data.
• Participate in the implementation of internal control procedures related to reporting and management control.

6. Analysis and Decision Support

• Provide analyses to inform operational and financial decisions.
• Evaluate the financial impact of decisions and projects.
• Participate in profitability and optimization studies.
• Develop simulations and scenarios for decision support.
• Formulate recommendations based on the analyses carried out.

7. Monitoring of Production Units

• Ensure monitoring of the performance of different production units.
• Compare unit results against set objectives.
• Analyze variances in production, costs, revenue, and profitability.
• Support unit managers in monitoring their indicators.
• Identify difficulties and risks that could affect unit performance.
• Ensure the reporting of necessary information to General Management.

8. Improvement of Tools and Procedures

• Participate in the improvement of management control processes and tools.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports.
• Utilize and optimize Odoo ERP functionalities to improve the monitoring and analysis of management data.
• Optimize Excel tools and management information systems.
• Propose methods for improving the reliability and speed of reporting.
• Participate in the implementation of new performance indicators.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education degree Bac +4 / Bac +5 in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Audit, Economics, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management control, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing the performance of several production units is desired.
• Proficiency in budget control techniques, cost analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Good command of Excel and the Odoo ERP.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Technical skills: Excellent command of management control techniques. Proficiency in budget preparation and monitoring. Proficiency in cost and variance analysis. Proficiency in dashboards and performance indicators. Very good command of Excel. Proficiency in reporting tools and management information systems. Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting. Good financial analysis capacity. Knowledge of an ERP is an asset.
